Race Notes:

This was the first ever running of the beer DMR.

There were 2 teams of 4 men.

They started with:
1200m
400m
800m
1 mile

The 1200m runner started with a 5% 475ml tall boy of thier choosing, then finished with 2 beers.

The 400m runner started by drinking a King can of thier choosing.

The 800m runner drank 2 475ml tall-boys

The Mile runner ran the standard mile rules.

If any runner pukes on thier leg *excluding the miler* They would then have to finish thier leg as per the normal rules, however before they could hand-off to the next runner, they would have to finish a 6% can of beer(black ice). If the miler puked he would simply have to run another lap as per the usual rules.
