The top 2 finishers crossed before the finish under the Liz Herndon's World Record, but both had a reversal of fortune in the last chug zone. Laura Riches, ran the penalty lap to still finish second. Allison Grace Morgan did not run another lap. Polly Keen was 3rd across the line, but was DQ'd for being over 4 ounces. The surprise winner was Bryony Pearce of England.
