My first attempt to break the WR was unsuccessful. I was the only competitor in this shot at the WR. I thought it would go down easy (the DP and the record) but it put up a fight. After the first DP, my stomach filled up with foam and fizz and it felt as if i was going to throw up and i had not even run yet. I held in my belching because i was afraid i would lose it. That turned out to be a bad thing. It is good to belch the entire 400 meters of the track. THat is the only way you can do it. Maybe if i get some training under me i can take another crack at the WR.
