Have you ever heard of the Beer Mile before? Well me neither until I made some bad friends at the local running track. Now I have run the event on a busted up track in Krakow, a NA Beer Mile with Athletic Brewing and a regular Beer Mile with the Red Rose Track Club, formerly F&M Track club.
